About Performing Arts & Fitness

Performing Arts & Fitness is owned and operated by Amy Gould, Certified Pole Instructor. Amy offers pole and chair dance fitness classes, group parties, as well as one on one instruction. Her home studio is Aerial Affinity in Le Sueur, MN. 

Pole is a challenging, fun, all body workout that can take on many different styles. Amy has been poling for many years. Her pole instruction certification is through PoleMoves, which is recognized by PFA, ACE, and AFAA. Follow the link at the bottom of the page to the PFA website for certification registration information. Additionally, She is also a qualified Gold Vertical Art Athletics instructor.
